Agarbatti/Incense Sticks Counting & Packing Machine
The automatic Agarbatti counting and packing machine automates counting the number of incense sticks, wooden skewers etc. and packing them accordingly. It can work equally well for all types of incense sticks, whether handmade or machine-made. It comes with an HMI display where the number of sticks is displayed. It can accommodate eight- and nine-inch sticks and count up to 100. The speed ranges between 12 – 80 sachets per minute.
The machine can be incorporated either with 2no. Counting drums or with 4no(for getting high output per minute).as per the customer’s requirements.
It does pillow-type sealing for packages. It consumes 1.5Kw 220V per single phase, whereas phasing is optional. The machine itself weighs up to 400 kg.
